THE SHORT VERSION

We buy operational data. Here is the entire proposition in one screen.

You have probably read a page like this before and left without knowing what was actually being offered. So: we pay you for a bounded licence to your operating record, you keep the business and the data, and it costs nothing to find out.

We pay you. Nothing moves the other way.$100K to $2M, typicallyPapered in a week, Net 30 to 60

THE WHOLE OFFER

Four sentences, and you have the substance of it

  1. We license a defined slice of your operating record — the working material a business produces by running.
  2. We pay between $100K and $2M for it, with no fee, no commission, and no equity or debt involved.
  3. You keep the business, keep the underlying data, and carry on using every system exactly as before.
  4. It is anonymized before anything moves, and nothing about the conversation is listed or made public.

IF YOU WANT MORE DETAIL

The next four questions down

What counts as operational data?

The working record of the business. Slack or Teams, Drive or SharePoint, mail, CRM, Notion, Jira, GitHub, design files, call recordings, warehouse, accounting.

What happens to it afterwards?

We anonymize it, build it into data sets, and supply AI labs. Use is bounded by the licence and we do not disclose which labs take what.

How is the number decided?

Depth of operating history and how much visible reasoning the record contains move it far more than raw volume does.

What if there is no deal?

You will be told on the first call. It costs you a short conversation and nothing else.

SPEAK WITH A MANAGING PARTNER

That was the whole thing. The rest is a conversation.

Six questions, about two minutes, and a straight answer either way.
